【摘要】:Theseremanufacturingproceduresarerecommendedguidelinesforusebyremanufacturesofstarterarmaturestopromoteconsistentreliability,durability,andsafetyofremanufacturedstarters.Installationofremanufacturedorrebuiltproductsisoftenaneconomicalwaytorepairavehicleeventhoughtheproductsmaynotbeidenticaltooriginalequipmentparts.Beforeprocessinganypart,aremanufacturershoulddetermineiftheoriginaldesignandpresentconditionofthecoreissuitableforremanufacturingsoastoprovidedurableoperationofthepartaswellasacceptableperformancewheninstalledonthevehicle.Theremanufacturershouldalsoconsiderthesafetyaspectsoftheproductandanyrecommendationsoftheoriginalmanufacturersrelatedtoremanufacturingorrebuildingtheirproduct.Whiletheseproceduresaremeanttobeuniversalinapplication,variousproducttypeshaveuniquefeaturesofdimensionanddesignwhichmayrequirespecialremanufacturingprocessesandteststhatareeithernotcoveredbyorareexceptionstotheseprocedures.
