【摘要】:Thiscodeshallapplytothestorage,handling,anduseofflammableandcombustibleliquids,includingwasteliquids,ashereindefinedandclassified.Thiscodeshallnotapplytothefollowing:(1)Anyliquidthathasameltingpointequaltoorgreaterthan37.8?C(100?F)orthatdoesnotmeetthecriteriaforfluiditygiveninthedefinitionforliquidinSection1.7(2)AnyliquefiedgasorcryogenicliquidasdefinedinChapter3(3)Anyliquidthatdoesnothaveaflashpoint,butwhichiscapableofburningundercertainconditions;suchliquidsincludecertainhalogenatedhydrocarbonsandcertainmixturesofflammableorcombustibleliquidsandhalogenatedhydrocarbons(4)Anyaerosolproduct(5)Anymist,spray,orfoamThiscodeshallalsonotapplytothefollowing:(1)TransportationofflammableandcombustibleliquidsasgovernedbytheU.S.DepartmentofTransportation(2)Storage,handling,anduseoffueloiltanksandcontainersconnectedwithoil-burningequipment
