【摘要】:Thispracticeprovidesguidancefortheuseofcontrolchartsinstatisticalprocesscontrolprograms,whichimproveprocessqualitythroughreducingvariationandcontrollingtheprocesstoaparticulartargetlevelorhistoricalaverage.Controlchartsareusedtomonitorproductorprocesscharacteristicstodeterminewhetherornotaprocessisinastateofstatisticalcontrol.Whenthisstateisattained,thetruemeanandthetruestandarddeviationofthatcharacteristicareconstant.Thispracticeappliestovariablesdata(characteristicsmeasuredonacontinuousnumericalscale)andtoattributesdata(characteristicsmeasuredaspercentages,fractions,orcountsofoccurrencesinadefinedintervaloftimeorspace).Thesystemofunitsforthispracticeisnotspecified.Dimensionalquantitiesinthepracticearepresentedonlyasillustrationsofcalculationmethods.Theexamplesarenotbindingonproductsortestmethodstreated.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
