【摘要】:HISAspecifiesfundamentalrequirementsfor'informationinfrastructure'andhealthcarespecificmiddlewareservices.Thispartofthestandardspecifiesthefundamentalcharacteristicsofthecomputationalmodeltobeimplementedbyaspecificarchitecturallayeroftheinformationsystem(i.e.themiddleware)toprovideacomprehensiveandintegratedinterfacetothecommonenterpriseinformationandtosupportthefundamentalbusinessprocessesofthehealthcareorganisation,asdefinedinthedocument“HealthInformatics–ServiceArchitecture-Part1:EnterpriseViewpoint”.Thecomputationalmodelisspecifiedwithoutany–explicitorimplicit-assumptionaboutthephysicaltechnologies,toolsorsolutionstobeadoptedforitsphysicalimplementationinthevarioustargetscenarios.Thespecificationisneverthelessformal,completeandnonambiguousenoughtoallowimplementerstoderiveanefficientdesignofthesysteminthespecifictechnologicalenvironmentthatwillbeselectedforthephysicalimplementation.Thecomputationalmodelprovidesthebasisforensuringconsistencybetweendifferentengineeringandtechnologyspecifications(includingprogramminglanguagesandcommunicationmechanisms)sincetheymustbeconsistentwiththesamecomputationalobjectmodel.Thisconsistencyallowsopeninter-workingandportabilityofcomponentsintheresultingimplementation.Thisspecificationdoesnotaimatrepresentingafixed,complete,specificationofallpossibleinterfacesthatmaybenecessaryforanyrequirementofanyhealthcareenterprise.Itspecifiesonlyasetofcharacteristics–intermsofoverallorganisationandindividualcomputationalobjects,identifiedasfundamentalandcommontoallhealthcareorganisations,andthataresatisfiedbythecomputationalmodelimplementedbythemiddleware.Preservingconsistencywiththeprovisionsofthisstandard,physicalimplementationsshallallowextensionstothestandardcomputationalmodelinordertosupportadditionalandlocalrequirements.Extensionsshallincludeboththedefinitionofadditionalpropertiesintheobjectsofthestandardmodelandtheimplementationofentirelynewobjects.Alsothisstandardspecificationshallbeextendableovertimeaccordingtotheevolutionoftheapplicablestandardisationinitiatives.Thespecificationofextensionsshallbecarriedoutaccordingtothemethodologydefinedinparagraph7“Methodologyforextensions”ofdocumentEN12967-1“HealthInformatics–ServiceArchitecture-Part1:EnterpriseViewpoint”,whichidentifiesasetofhealthcarecommoninformationservices,describingtheirneedandthemethodologythroughwhichtheywillbeused.Theseareonlytheminimalidentifiablesetofservicesaccordingtotheneedsofthehealthcareenterprise,andconstitutingthe'middleware'platform(i.e.integrationplatform)toserveasthebasisforhealthcareapplications,e.g.EHRorpatientadministration.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardnormalizestheexchangeofmathematicalmodelsbetweenpayloadcontractors(PLC)andlaunchserviceproviders(LSP).Itidentifiesstandardmethodsformodellingthedynamicbehaviourofbothlaunchvehicles(LV)andpayload(PL),particularlywhentheyarecoupledpriortolaunchandduringtheearlymomentsofthelaunchphase.Instandardmode,thedeliveredmodelsrepresentdynamicandstaticbehaviouratthelauncherinterface.TherequirementsprovidedinthisInternationalStandardaretheminimumnecessaryfordynamiccoupledanalysis.Theymaynotbesufficientforstressanalysis.Thepayloadmodelsarefullintegratedmodelsfromthedifferentpartsofthepayloadunderthepayloadcontractorauthority,includingalsotheirownadaptertoLVinterfaceinthecasethattheadapterisapartofthepayload.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotincludethevalidationofPLmodels.
