【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofbaggageandequipmenttractors,whenusedasintendedandundertheconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforseeablebythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomeperformancerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoself-propelledbaggageandequipmenttractorswithdriveraccommodation.ExamplesofsometypicalbaggageandequipmenttractorsareshowninAnnexA.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytopedestriancontrolledequipment.NoiseandvibrationaredealtwithrespectivelyinEN1915-4andEN1915-3.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwithhazardsinrespecttoastandardautomotivechassisandfromothervehiclesontheapron.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletobaggageandequipmenttractorsmanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationbyCENofthisstandard.
