【摘要】:ThispartofISO7346specifiesaflow-throughmethodforthedeterminationoftheacutelethaltoxicityofstable,non-volatile,singlesubstances,solubleinwaterunderspecifiedconditions,toafreshwaterfish[BrachydaniorerioHamilton-Buchanan(Teleostei,Cyprinidae)—commonname,zebrafish]inwaterofaspecifiedquality.Themethodisapplicableforassigning,foreachtestsubstance,broadcategoriesofacutelethaltoxicitytoBrachydanioreriounderthetestconditions.Theresultsareinsufficientbythemselvestodefinewaterqualitystandardsforenvironmentalprotection.Themethodisalsoapplicablewhenusingcertainotherspeciesoffreshwaterfishasthetestorganism.Themethodmaybeadaptedforusewithotherfreshwaterfishandmarineandbrackishwaterfishwithappropriatemodificationofthetestconditions,particularlywithrespecttothequantityandqualityofthedilutionwaterandthetemperature.note:1)Thefollowingspeciesoffreshwaterfishcanbeused,inadditiontoBrachydaniorerio,withoutmodificationtothispartofISO7346.—Lepomismacrochirus(Teleostei,Centrarchidae)—Oryziaslatipes(Teleostei,Poeciliidae)—Pimephalespromelas(Teleostei,Cyprinidae)—Poeciliareticulata(Teleostei,Poeciliidae)
