适用范围
该标准规定了固定式高压储氢用钢带错绕式容器的设计、制造、检验和验收要求。准适用于同时满足以下条件的固定式高压储氢用钢带错绕式容器：a）设计压力大于或等于10MPa且小于100MPa；b）设计温度大于或等于－40℃且小于或等于80℃；c）内直径大于或等于300mm且小于或等于1500mm，设计压力（MPa）与内直径（mm）的乘积不大于75000。
