【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesamethodforevaluatingthewearofceramiccoatingsbyuseofatestinwhichaflatorsphericallyendedpinisbrought,underload,intocontactwiththeflatsurfaceofadiskandthetwoaresetinrelativemotionsuchthatthepindescribesacircularpathonthedisk.Dependingontheconditionsbeingsimulated,eitherthepinordiskorbothmaybecoatedwiththematerialundertest,withtheothermemberofthecouplebeingselectedforitsrelevancetothesystemunderevaluation.1.2Wheresuitableequipmentisavailable,thetestmaybeusedtodeterminethefrictiongeneratedintheslidingcontact.1.3Themethodissuitableforevaluatingcoatingsinthethicknessrangefrom1μmtomorethan100μm,andwithsuitablechoiceofconditionsmightalsobeapplicabletotestingthinnercoatings.1.4Testingmaybeundereitherdryorlubricatedconditions.However,thetestisnotdesignedforevaluatingthepropertiesoflubricantsexceptinsofarastheyaffectthewearbehaviourofthematerialsbeingtested.Relatedmethodsfortestinglubricantsusingareciprocatingmotionaregiveninreferences[4]–[6].1.5Testingamaterialscoupleunderarangeofloadingconditionsmightprovideinformationabouttheadhesiveand/orcohesivestrengthofthecoating,inadditiontoitswearbehaviour.
