【摘要】:ThisSAERecommendedPracticeisapplicabletoallE/EsystemsonMDandHDvehicles.Thetermsdefinedarelargelyfocusedoncompression-ignitedandspark-ignitedengines.Specificapplicationsofthisdocumentincludediagnostic,serviceandrepairmanuals,bulletinsandupdates,trainingmanuals,repairdatabases,under-hoodemissionlabels,andemissioncertificationapplications.Thisdocumentfocusesondiagnosticterms,definitions,abbreviations,andacronymsapplicabletoE/Esystems.Italsocoversmechanicalsystemswhichrequiredefinition.Nothinginthisdocumentshouldbeconstruedasprohibitingtheintroductionofaterm,abbreviation,oracronymnotcoveredbythisdocument.Theuseandappropriateupdatingofthisdocumentisstronglyencouraged.Certaintermshavealreadybeenincommonuseandarereadilyunderstoodbymanufacturersandtechnicians,butdonotfollowthemethodologyofthisdocument.Topreservethisunderstanding,thesetermswereincludedandhavebeenidentifiedwithhistoricallyacceptablecommonusage,sotheywillnoterroneouslyserveasaprecedentintheconstructionofnewnames.Thesetermsfallintothreecategories:a.Acronymsthatdonotlogicallyfittheterm.b.Acronymsexistingatthecomponentlevel,i.e.,theirtermscontainthebasewordornounthatdescribesthegenericitemthatisbeingfurtherdefined.c.Acronymsfortermsthatappeartocontainthebaseword,butarefrequentlyusedasamodifiertoanotherbaseword.(Thisusemaypossiblybethoughtofasfollowingthemethodologysincetheacronymisnormallyusedasamodifier).

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000dealswiththeemissionofdisturbancesduetoharmonics.Therecommendationsofthistechnicalreportareapplicabletoelectricalandelectronicequipmentwitharatedinputcurrentexceeding16Aperphaseandintendedtobeconnectedtopubliclow-voltagea.c.distributionsystemsofthefollowingtypes:-nominalvoltageupto240V,single-phase,twoorthreewires;-nominalvoltageupto600V,three-phase,threeorfourwires;-nominalfrequency50Hzor60Hz.Otherdistributionsystemsareexcluded.Testsaccordingtothisreportaretypetestsofcompletepiecesofequipment,forexampleaspeedvariablefan,andnotofcomponents,forexampleaconverter.Connectionofthisequipmenttothesupplygenerallyrequiresspecialagreementbetweenthesupplyauthorityandtheconsumer.Thisconsentwilldependuponseveralfactorsincludingtheexpectedlevelsofdisturbancecausedbytheequipmentandtheactualsituationattheconnectionpointtothepowersupplysystem.Theserecommendationsspecifytheinformationrequiredtoenableasupplyauthoritytoassessequipmentregardingharmonicdisturbanceandtodecidewhetherornottheequipmentisacceptableforconnectionwithregardtotheharmonicdistortionaspect.NOTE1-Forthesetypesofequipmentonlygeneralrecommendationsonassessmentofdisturbancescanbegiven.Thereisnoguaranteethattheconnectionofequipmentcomplyingwiththeserecommendationswillbeallowedinallcases,astheconsenttoconnectequipmenttothesupplydependsonthelevelofdisturbancecausedbytheequipmentandtheloadconditionsinthenetwork.NOTE2-Theserecommendationscanalsobeappliedtoequipmentwithalowerratedinputcurrentbutrequiringspecialconsentofthesupplyauthority(seeIEC61000-3-2).NOTE3-Theserecommendationsarenotapplicabletoactivefilters.Guidanceisgivenon:a)requiredshort-circuitpowerforharmonicsemittingequipmenttestedorsimulatedunderspecifiedconditions;b)methodsfortypetestsorsimulations.
