【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesacontinuousmeasurementmethodforthedeterminationoftheconcentrationofozonepresentinambientairbasedontheultravioletphotometricmeasuringprinciple.Thisdocumentdescribestheperformancecharacteristics,andsetstherelevantminimumcriteriarequiredtoselectanappropriateultravioletphotometricozoneanalyserbymeansoftypeapprovaltests.ItalsoincludestheevaluationofthesuitabilityofananayserforuseinaspecificfixedsitesoastomeettheDirectivesdataqualityrequirementsandrequirementsduringsampling,calibrationandqualityassurance.Themethodisapplicabletothedeterminationofthemassconcentrationofozonepresentinambientairintherangefrom0μg/mto500μg/m.Thisconcentrationrangerepresentsthecertificationrangeforthetypeapprovaltest.NOTE10μg/mto500μg/mofO3correspondsto0nmol/molto250nmol/molofO3.Themethodcoversthedeterminationofambientairconcentrationsofozoneinzonesclassifiedasruralareas,urbanandurban-backgroundareas.NOTE2OtherrangesmaybeusedformeasurementsystemsappliedatrurallocationsmonitoringEcosystems.Theresultsareexpressedinμg/m(at20℃and101,3kPa).WhenthestandardisusedforotherpurposesthantheEU-directive,therangeanduncertaintyrequirementsneednotapply.

【摘要】:Thepresenceofhemolyticmaterialincontactwiththebloodmaycauselossof,ordamageto,redbloodcellsandmayproduceincreasedlevelsoffreeplasmahemoglobincapableofinducingtoxiceffectsorothereffectswhichmaystressthekidneysorotherorgans.Thispracticemaynotbepredictiveofeventsoccurringduringalltypesofimplantapplications.Theuseriscautionedtoconsidertheappropriatenessofthemethodinviewofthematerialsbeingtested,theirpotentialapplications,andtherecommendationscontainedinPracticeF748.1.1Thispracticeprovidesaprotocolfortheassessmentofhemolyticpropertiesofmaterialsusedinthefabricationofmedicaldevicesthatwillcontactblood.1.2Thispracticeisintendedtoevaluatetheacuteinvitrohemolyticpropertiesofmaterialsintendedforuseincontactwithblood.1.3Thispracticeconsistsofaprotocolforahemolysistestunderstaticconditionswitheitheranextractofthematerialordirectcontactofthematerialwithblood.Itisrecommendedthatbothtests(extractanddirectcontact)beperformedunlessthematerialapplicationorcontacttimejustifiestheexclusionofoneofthetests.1.4Thispracticeisoneofseveraldevelopedfortheassessmentofthebiocompatibilityofmaterials.PracticeF748mayprovideguidancefortheselectionofappropriatemethodsfortestingmaterialsforaspecificapplication.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
