【摘要】:ThispartofISO18589specifiesthegeneralrequirementstocarryoutradionuclidestestsonsoilsampleincludingsampling.ThispartofISO18589isaddressedtopeopleresponsiblefordeterminingtheradioactivitypresentinsoilsforthepurposeofradiationprotection.Thismayconcernsoilsfromgardensandfarmland,urbanorindustrialsites,aswellassoilnotaffectedbyhumanactivities.ThispartofISO18589istobeusedinconjunctionwithotherpartsofISO18589thatoutlinethesettingupofprogrammesandsamplingtechniques,methodsofgeneralprocessingofsamplesinthelaboratoryandalsomethodsformeasuringtheradioactivityinsoil.Itspurposeisthefollowing:--definethemaintermsrelatingtosoils,sampling,radioactivityanditsmeasurement--describetheoriginsoftheradioactivityinsoils--definethemainobjectivesofthestudyofradioactivityinsoilsamplespresenttheprinciplesofstudiesofsoilradioactivity;identifytheanalyticalandproceduralrequirementswhenmeasuringradioactivityinsoiThispartofISO18589isapplicableifradionuclidemeasurementsforthepurposeofradiationprotectionaretobemadeinthefollowingcases:--initialcharacterizationofradioactivityintheenvironment;--routinesurveillanceoftheimpactofnuclearinstallationsoroftheevolutionofthegeneralterritory;--investigationsofaccidentandincidentsituations;--planningandsurveillanceofremedialaction;--decommissioningofinstallationsorclearanceofmaterials.ThispartofISO18589isnotintendedtocoverscientificinvestigationsofsoilradioactivityandthereforedoesnotapplytoaspectsofsuchmeasurements.
